Balli (Kiran Kumar) plays the main Antagonist. His illegal government operates in Jaipur district of Rajasthan; the police are his happy pony. Hes the mastermind of many illegal and criminal ventures with access to the top who is targeted by Birju. Birju is the son of Mangal Singh (Raju Kher) Birjus sister is married to Ballis nephew. But Balli brutally murders Birjus sister, because she brought fewer dowries in her marriage. Due to this, Birju kills Ballis sister (Nilima Singh) and nephew. After it he goes to Jaipur where he stays at Master Atar Singh (Raza Murad)s home. Birjus only aim is to eliminate Balli. Master jis granddaughter Ritu (Gunjan Pant) falls in love with Birju but Birju does not even see her because her destination was different. Birju starts killing all the goons of Balli one by one. A common man killed King Ballis goons in his area; this news brings a lot of disrepute to Balli. Now the only goal of Ballis life is to avenge the death of his sister, nephew and his goons, so that the fear of Balli remains in the mind of the people. For which he starts searching for Birju so that he can avenge blood with blood.
