Peter Parker is an unhappy man: after two years of fighting crime as Spider-Man, his existence has started to falter. The lady he adores is engaged to somebody else, his grades are slipping, he can not keep some of his careers, as well as the newspaper Everyday Bugle is attacking him declaring that Spiderman is a felony.
